Tripping

Today I would like to write about one of the biggest attractions in Madeira – Ponta de São Lourenço. Ever since I came to the island, I wanted to go there and see these amazing views. Unfortunately, something has always happened that the trip was postponed from week to week. Getting to Ponta de São Lourenço is very simple – you just need to catch the bus number 113 from Funchal and go with it to the final stop – Baia d’Abra. Then you can start your amazing trip with walking and admiring the amazing nature. The entire route is about 8 km from where you can see the ocean, unbelievable cliffs and even hidden beaches! Unfortunately, you have to prepare for weather – it was raining, windy, and then it was hot during our walk! Only within 4 hours of staying there.

When you walk there, you can observe many colors – red cliffs, black rocks and  blue ocean. From the top you can see neighboring towns such as Machico and Caniçal. The whole route is quite simple and pleasant so if you like nature it is the perfect attraction for you!

I think it is one of the most beautiful places in Madeira and you have to see them!
