What’s my time zone? part 1

In this article, I wanted to describe one of the most beautiful moments in my life. Before the arrival to Covilhã (where mid-training has taken place), there was an amazing opportunity to spend 2 days in Lisbon. I was very excited because I try to be at least once a year in a place where I have never been before. Lisbon has been on my list of places to see for a long time.

After landing, you could feel the heat that dominated the continent that day. After a quick trip to the hostel and leaving things, the tour began. I do not want to write about monuments, because everyone can read about it in guidebooks – I woud like to describe you the atmosphere that I loved from the first hours. Lisbon combines peace and city life for me – people are busy with their own affairs, but still have time to stop and drink coffee with friends, or to sit for a moment in the park, relax and listen to music played by street bands In particular, I liked the park next to Belém where trees invited to rest in their shade and enjoy the view.

The day was tiring, everything impressed me with its presence, a lot of things were new and fresh for me. I wanted to remember as much as I can. After long hours of walking, I ended the day sitting next to Praça do Comércio, looking at the famous bridge and listening to the amazing music of one of the bands …
