Measure Twice, Cut Once!

Today, for the first time in my life I visited a wooden factory. At this point of the project, when the ideas are already formulated, we needed to find wooden platforms that would become our canvas. That’s why we went to the wooden factory of Madeira.

How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

Next step is to cut the wooden platforms and adjust them to the doors’ dimensions.

I returned to the office inspired and can’t wait to see the result. Just realized that we are actually having progress, moving forward and developing the project objectives.

P.S. Wanna know a fun fact?  the word “Madeira” itself  comes from Portuguese and means “wood,” because the island formerly was thickly wooded (from Latin materia “wood, matter”).
