I’ve always loved cooking, but theoretically, only in my imagination, because when you live with your parents, usually your mum cooks for you, but when alone you have to take care of yourself. So time has come, Madeira made me take a step forward and try cooking in real life.
After several not really successful, overcooked and “slightly” burnt meals, I finally made something that other people could also taste.
Let me present my first baby “Lobiani” – a traditional Georgian dish of bean-filled bread.
It turned out to be quite delicious, so I got motivated and made pizza couple of days later.
